Returns Policy
At Exclusive Covers USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You can return any non-custom seat cover within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at brandon@exclusivecoversusa.com or call us at (404)-948-8740 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s) and process your refund or exchange.
Please note that custom seat covers are non-returnable, except in the case of defects or errors made on our part. If there is a problem with your custom seat cover order, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Shipping Policy
At Exclusive Covers USA, we offer shipping services to all our customers across the United States. We take pride in ensuring that your order is delivered in a timely and efficient manner. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt, and shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping option you choose during checkout.
For custom seat cover orders, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for processing and manufacturing. Once the custom seat covers are ready, we will ship them to you according to your chosen shipping option. If we encounter any delays or issues with your order, we will contact you promptly to inform you of the status of your order.
Please note that we do not currently offer international shipping at this time.
