We want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is as seamless as possible. Please review our return policy carefully to understand how we handle returns and exchanges.

Return Eligibility

Universal seat covers : We gladly accept returns on standard car seat covers within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom-Made Seat Covers: Custom-made seat covers are crafted specifically for you and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items are made to order and cannot be resold, as they are designed to meet your unique requirements.

Return Process

For eligible returns of standard car seat covers, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at exclusivecoversusa@gmail.com or 404-948-8740 to request a return authorization (RA) number.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.

Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 30 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. In such cases, we may provide a replacement or offer a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for standard car seat covers. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the replacement item.

Cancellations

For custom-made seat covers, cancellations are not possible once the order has been placed, as production begins immediately to meet your unique specifications.
